Chicken thighs (on the bone), flat green beans and butter beans
Our traditional Paella (but without rabbit), made with chicken on the bone to give the best flavour possible and a touch of fresh rosemary. Butter beans are a perfect replacement for Garrofon, a white bean from Valencia.
